Measuring windows for custom blinds can feel tricky, and small mistakes happen to everyone. We’ve built this simple protection plan to take all the worry out of your DIY measuring.
If you accidentally measure incorrectly and your blinds don’t fit your windows:
✅ We will remake up to 3 blinds completely free of charge
✅ For any extra incorrectly sized blinds, you only pay shipping costs to have them remade to your correct window dimensions
Important Terms
One Measurement Assurance plan may be purchased per single order only.
This exchange policy applies exclusively to identical products, and must be requested within 30 calendar days after you receive your package.
Adjustments under this plan are limited strictly to size correction and installation fit issues only; this guarantee cannot be used to request a cash refund.
We may ask you to share photos of your ill-fitting blinds, to help us quickly process your remake order accurately.
Exclusions
This protection plan does not cover blind motors.
For motorized blinds with sizing issues: the blind fabric/shutter body qualifies for our Measurement Assurance remake service, while replacement or new motors will need to be purchased separately.
