Shipping Timeline
All of our products are made-to-order custom items. The overall delivery period is divided into two separate phases: order processing time and logistics transit time.
Order Processing Time (Custom Production)
4–5 business days
Please note that processing time is not included in shipping transit time.
Shipping Transit Time (After Order Shipment)

All delivery time estimations are calculated based on regular business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and official public holidays. Actual delivery time may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as logistics carrier delays, customs clearance inspection, or annual shopping peak seasons.

Free Standard Shipping: All orders with a subtotal over $99 USD

Flat-rate Shipping Fee: A fixed shipping cost of $20 USD applies to all orders below $99 USD
Complete shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you proceed with payment.
Important Note: Additional shipping fees may be charged for special scenarios including sample orders, upgraded expedited shipping services or shipments to specific remote regions. Extra costs are determined by package weight and item quantity, and will be shown transparently at checkout.
Authorized Shipping Carriers
We cooperate exclusively with well-established global logistics providers to ensure safe and fast delivery: FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an official shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your shipment status anytime directly via your member account.
Shipping Address Rules
We do not support delivery to P.O. boxes or military mailing addresses for custom curtains and matching hardware orders. Please double-check and confirm your accurate residential or commercial shipping address before completing checkout to avoid delivery failure.
Duties, Customs Fees & Taxes
All routine shipping fees, import duties and local consumption taxes are already included in the quoted shipping cost displayed at checkout. In extremely rare cases where extra customs charges are required locally, our support team will contact you for confirmation in advance.

We are not responsible for unavoidable delivery delays caused by the following objective situations:
